Cancellation of reservation

If you request cancellation within 48 hours of the arrival date you will be charged only 10%, for administrative costs. Otherwise, no refund of the deposit will be paid.

This form asks for the cancellation of your reservation.

Tell time of arrival

With this form you can inform the hostel about your arrival date. Remember that LOCK type reservations (which have no charge) are the ones that are cancelled at 2pm on the check-in date, unless you fill in this form indicating the specific time of arrival.

Make a claim

Che Lagarto Hostel seeks greater customer satisfaction, however, we would like you to inform us of any problems that may have arisen, so we can take the necessary measures and thus improve the quality of our service.

Transfers services

Transfers services: booking, cancellation, other inquiries. We are not offering this service at the moment because we are developing a new online sale platform. We apologize for any inconvenience.
